Level 6: Forester (Boss)
Defenders Guide
After you complete level 5 a new screen opens up - The Store. Here you can purchase items for real money or utilise the silver and stars you have collected in the game to purchase new cards.
Level 6 also takes you to a new kind of level where you can 'grind' to get extra silver and better cards.
From now on as you complete a level, four more levels open up. A main level, and three grinders (The Primezone), easy, medium and hard. When you complete a main level, you cannot go back to play those three Primezone grinders again - three new ones open up along with the next main level.
Also, another thing to note is that each time to complete a grinder level you can replay them but the map generally changes - usually it becomes harder.
My advice at this point is to tackle the grinders a few times and gain some silver and cards before completing the actual Forester Boss level. The harder primezone raid level you complete the better the rewards.
This is also probably a good point to check the talents screen and pick up a few bonuses that you think may help. Eg - More prime to summoning is good and an extra tower slot - but don't spend all your silver yet - keep a good stash (about 1,000) for towers and cards that may become available in the store or to upgrade them later.
The hard primezone raid levels are generally SOOOOOO hard that it is probably worth doing the easy and medium levels a few times first before even attempting to try the hard level.
To beat the hard primezone raid level here basically you'll need to have upgraded your Fire Tower to level 5 (Max) and evolved it twice as well as having ample air defense (slingshots and wooden towers - again maxed out) for the earlier rounds. After round 50 or 60, there are no more flying enemies, so begin switching out all of our towers (that can reach the path) to Fire Towers, and max them out.
Once you have beaten it on hard level you may as well grind it out a few more times for extra cards and silver - cos it's only gonna get harder!
However, each time you complete a grinder level, it will generally get a touch harder each time, so tips for one level, may not necessarily work when you replay it again.
SNEAKY TIP: You can pause the game just before the end of the level and switch out all the old towers that are no longer in range of the enemy for long range towers - like Mortar - If you have one! Which go a huge distance.
Depending on how much grinding you have done in the primeworld raids really will decide how hard this level will be to complete.
It's a map layout that we have seen before and basically you just strategically place your towers to create the longest path for the enemy as shown below.
I did a ton of grinding - so this level was really no problem.
