This event usually runs for one week, and during that time you need to accumulate City power to get bonus rewards. Basically when your City reaches certain power milestones, you'll get the corresponding rewards, there are rewards all the way up to 5,000,000.
Here is a table of all the rewards and the power levels you need to be to get them.

| 1,500,000 | 30x1k Lord EXP, 200 gold, 30x1hr Speedup |
| 2,000,000 | 50x1k Lord EXP, 500 gold, 6xLv8 Chest |
| 3,000,000 | 70x1k Lord EXP, 1000 gold 50x1hm Speedup |
| 4,000,000 | 100x1k Lord EXP, 2000 gold, 12xLv8 Chest, 10x Common Recruit Cards |
| 5,000,000 | 150x1k Lord EXP, 3000 gold, 12x8hr Speedup, 3x Advance Recruit Cards |
