You get new soil when you go up a new level. The best way to do this is to plant your seeds and cross pollinate them. Once your flowers bloom, the worker bees will create one pollen per flower pot. Then go to your pollen screen and if you see more than one pollen then click on them and they appear to the right - click the cross pollinate button. Go to your new seeds and hover over them to see if it will grow new flowers you don't have. Then look at the point level of each flower in your greenhouse by hovering over the flowers, remove those with lower point levels and add new seeds you created by cross pollinating your flowers. You also should always watch the ad to get more seeds from the store. Also when you spend money in the greenhouse store, you get more prizes and go up levels. YOu can get the pollen seeds too by doing the extra journeys through the covered wagon from your home screen
