Where do you get the soil for your plants? It's not in the carriage house

Continue to spend the acorn looking things in the carriage shop. You will eventually level up to the soil and the pollen elves.

I have no acorns left to buy soil.

You have to complete the wagon adventures in the time allotted to get acorns.
