After you have played through the campaign mode past 2-20, the guild feature will become unlocked. You should try to join one as soon as this option becomes available to benefit from the bonuses associated with being a guild member.

It doesn't tell me HOW I join one. I left mine because for over a year I've been the only.actibe player...but how do I join a new one?
