Heavy metal event: I have just come up against a player who has both sets of legendary armour from this event. On my list of rewards both sets specify lvl 85+ for their use. His units that are equipped are lvl 70. How does this work? How can it be fair?

He gets lvl 70 gear because he is cc8. You get lvl 85 gear because you are cc9.
