How to get epic or legendary level multipurpose weapons? In arena, only rare level ones are available. But they are not for higher level characters. How can I get them? For example, a legendary level survivor voice radio set.

To get a epic or legendary purposes items like weapons, Armors are can only be obtain, if your comman center at level 6. So you can make epic and legendary armors and weapons. Otherwise you can buy crates in the shop to get legendary items or can be equipped by some special event.
