From time to time you may need to transfer your animals to a new device to either let you play on both or to replace an old device. Keeping a backup of your progress is a good idea anyway as problems with your phone mean you lose everything if you haven't got a saved copy.

Back up your Progress

You can back up your animals game progress at anytime to a cloud save using a TurboRocket account. To create the account and backup your data tap on the small rocket icon in the top left of the main menu screen.

Here you can register an account with TurboRocket by entering an email address and choosing a nickname

and password. Once you have registered you can then log into the account. This will show you a cloud saving back up screen Here you can see the animals that you have saved on the device (with level) and any saves that the account has in the cloud).

Use the Upload option to save your animals. Do this regularly to ensure that your animals progress is safeguarded in case you lose or damage your device.

Loading your progress on another device

Start the game on your new device. You will begin to play the tutorial instruction section that explains how to play but if you are just going to restore your old game progress then you don't need to complete this. As soon as you can tap the pause button in the top right ans choose the 'Skip' option.

Tap the TurboRocket icon in the top left of the main screen. You will now need to log in with the account details you created earlier.

Forgot Password

If you created the account in the past and have forgotten the password you will be able to use the 'RESTORE' option to request a new password.

Enter the email address that you originally used and they will send you a code to use to reset the password. Make sure to check your email accounts junk filters for the email. Once you have the code use it to reset the password. You can then log in to the account.

Restore Data

Once you have logged in you will see your Cloud saves listed on the right and have the option to download them to the current device. Make sure the the data you are restoring for an animal is the later version that you want to activate and do not upload an unwanted version to overwrite any stored backup.
