Can you port in ava without a sherriff?

You cannot port if your sheriff is currently holding a building in AVA. If you decide you want to go elsewhere on the board, you can do 1 of 3 things. 1) pull sheriff and marches from building 2)pull sheriff, but leave troops in building without sheriff protection (although you can leave heroes in without sheriff for a little added protection) 3) Dismiss alliance ownership which evacuates all troops and must be attacked again to regain control
