Hello, on Level 10 , the key doesn’t work, I have tried both holes with the correct profile, nothing is working. What do I do?

I am using an iPad Pro.

I was stuck like this too for a while. Once you have created the correct profile, close down the key view and it returns to the inventory. From there, touch and hold it and drag to the lock.
