Don’t know the level but the key won’t engage in the lock?
The level is a pyramid shape. I’ve checked all the level photos but can’t see it

1st you have to mirror match the pattern, then close with the x so it's back into your inventory.
Then drag and drop from there to the key hole.
Same goes for both.
