Increasing Your Might
Taichi Panda Guide
Becoming stronger in this game can be a complicated venture, because several things factor into your overall strength, but Might is the one category that display your overall awesomeness.
If you are impatient and looking to get mighty in a hurry, you might (ha..ha...) be a bit disappointed. The only way to increase your might is by strengthening and refining your armor or getting better armor.
All equipable armor has a base Might stat that increases as its Refinement Level goes up. So start looting those Refinement Stones!
The pet you choose will also effect your Might. The Pet's total Might is added directly to your score, so keeping your pets up to level on their surges and upgrades is important. As a general rule, try to get all pets to the point where they can't be upgraded any further without raising your character level.
On a related note to that last one, make sure you save the Soulstones of the pets that you use frequently instead of enchanting that outfit. Evolutions are a much quicker way to increase a pet's might than upgrading alone.
After level 40, you will be able to start surging your weapons and armor. You can read up in the Surging section, but as a general rule, aim for surges that increase your Health or your Damage. Flame Wall Resist may sound appealing, but it only works if every enemy you fight breathes fire.
Read through our section on Runes to learn more about how keeping them upgraded will keep your Might Score up where it's supposed to be. Generally, each Rune has a quality level and the higher the Rune's quality- the more might it will contribute. Higher quality runes will also show a more significant Might increase with each upgrade than lower quality ones.
