How do I get rid of inventory. I have to gather parsnips for a quest, and I have 54/25, and it isn't counting those. I gave away a bunch to my friends, but I still have too many..

The only way I know of is to give them away as gifts to your friends. or increase you inventory which is just another way they try too get you to buy diamonds

You can use them up cooking them - I did that, it takes more than a few meals, though.
