If you connected FB, you should be able to just log back in... If not, do you still have your old phone? If you do, open the app, go to settings, and find your "User Account" number and "Verification Code", then reach out to customer service. Your "User Account" number also appears on the loading screen, I believe in the lower left. If you don't have either these, I'm not sure you can recover your data, but I would still reach out to customer service just to check.
Go to the menu in the lower left -> settings -> contact support
