Conquest Requests Explained
Conquest Requests unlock when you reach level 638. You can find the Conquest Requests option by tapping the scroll icon at the bottom of the main game screen.
In Conquest Requests you earn dice by defeating a large number of enemies. The enemies that you face are defined when before you start each Conquest Request, and they will change based on the stage you are playing. Like with most special levels in Seven Knights Idle, there is a time limit allowed to complete the Conquest Request when you start it.
You get one chance to play this every day, but you also get an option to watch an ad for an extra try. You can Auto Clear the last level you played but initially, until you get to a level that you can't defeat, you should go in and play the level in order to reach higher difficulty levels and get better rewards.
If you are having trouble with a particular level you can tap the i icon to look in-depth at the power of the enemy of that level so you can work out the best team you can assemble to face them.
Potential Buffs, Dice and How to Use Them
When you successfully complete a Conquest Request you receive dice as a reward. At this point when you unlock Conquest Requests you also unlock the function to use dice, this is called Potential. Dice are great and allow you to really power up your heroes, here's how.
To use the dice you earned in Conquest Requests, go to the heroes menu and select a hero with at least one star.
Now tap the dice button that should be available to you, you'll find at at the bottom of the hero panel, below the stats. This is called the Potential menu where you can roll for buffs, knows as Potential.
Here you can roll dice to buff abilities for an individual hero. The number of potenital (or buffs) you can grant depends on the star level of your hero. And this is the problem with legendaries, as most people will have their legendary heroes at zero stars so you cannot roll for potential with these ones.
But when you get a legendary hero to one star you do unlock three potential slots which is great and more that you get for other rarities.
When you first go into the dice menu, you'll probably already have amassed a significant number of dice. Don't waste them as getting more later can be difficult.
The best option is to use the Auto Grant option. Here you select three buff types that you want to search for and select the minimum acceptable tier you will accept.
When you have a match with Auto Grant, you then get the chance to lock in that potential or continue rolling.
One thing to note is that the number of dice it costs to roll increases according to how many buffs you have already locked in. So if you want to search and only accept legendary level buffs, it's recommended to do this when your hero has zero buffs because the roll cost is only 10 dice.
Getting a legendary potential can take a lot of dice, so consider also opting for Unique level buffs too that way you will surely have enough dice to equip at least your whole team.
The type of buffs you select should probably match the type of hero you are working on. So for example if I am working on a Defensive hero, then the buffs I select to Auto Grant will be Defense, HP and either HP Recovery or Evasion as these will usually already be strong, and the buffs will add a percentage gain to traits, so you'll see the biggest gain by selecting traits that the hero is already strong at.
Potentials make a massive impact to your team's overall strength, so when you have unlocked them, take your time to work through at least your whole main team to ensure they all benefit from unlocking this feature. With it you'll probably be stronger all aspects of the game, from the main quests, to daily dungeons, infinite tower, arena battles and more.
