How do I get Rubies and Platinum in Pirate Bay? I'm trying to get the final award for ship's cargo (goods), but it requires having Platinum in Pirate's Bay. Is the only way to buy it with gold? I keep hoping that it will pop up in the Trade Port, but so far no luck.

You get it in the fourth city during mining. Its a long chain of gold (platin) and a long chain of diamonds (ruby)
