How do I get a flower to get a honeycomb? Its not available in the market for me to buy it as well.

You have to collect a long chain fruit to get a flower. Later in game you will have access to a bee that you can gather flowers with, else you use the magic tools to get lots of fruit and hope some of the flowers will be a row of three.
