I am stuck in the 3rd village, need to collect 3 runes, and I'm not sure where to look for them, mine?

I am stuck in the 3rd village, need to collect 3 runes, and I'm not sure where to look for them, mine? field? I tried watching videos and "earning" them, but it didn't count. Any suggestions/help?

You can find them in the mine, but only one per visit. I hope this helps
