PAC-MAN 256 - Endless Arcade Maze Guide
Here are the basic power-ups,
Power-up | Description |
Freeze | Freezes ghosts in place for a time |
Bomb | Turns ghosts into bombs when touched (splash damage, 1 unit on every direction) |
Laser | Fires laser that damages ghosts in the path |
Fire | Turns into a flame ball and wreck havoc on the path you're taking |
Tornado | Unleash tornado (travels in random direction) |
This is the tier II of the basic power-ups. They are the improvements of the basic power-ups, they share the same mechanics with their basic counterparts with added or tweaked characteristics.
Power-up | Description | Tier I |
Shatter | Slows and freezes ghosts + bonus points from shattering ice pillars appearing on the field | Freeze |
Boom | Summons a bomb / all ghosts that come in contact with you explodes | Bomb |
Pyro | Same as Fire but with more area covered (+1 / +2 unit to all lanes) | Fire |
Optics | Lasers with area taking the entire length of a lane and bends in a corner | Laser |
Twinado | You got it! Two tornadoes running in random directions! | Tornado |
These are the miscellaneous power-ups, they do not have an upgraded version and are mostly non-fatal to the ghosts.
Power-up | Description |
Trap | Sets trap that kills ghosts upon contact |
Pac-Men | Summons lesser Pac-Men that hunts the ghosts |
Stealth | Invisibility and removes collision with ghosts in a span of time |
Regen | Pellets re-appear after consumption |
