The Firework Frenzy tournament returns to Monopoly Go as a two day event. Firework Frenzy runs from 1 PM ET on January 1st 2025 until 1 PM ET on January 3rd 2025. In this event you can complete the milestones and win up to 21,865 free dice rolls, two four star blue sticker packs and 156 Pickaxes/Dig Tools.
There are also leaderboard rewards to be earned from your final position at the end of the event. Keep an eye on your position to make sure you don't get beaten to the prizes
Use your pickaxes that you win in the latest New Year's Treasures to uncover the treasure and complete the levels for prizes. This event continues until 3 PM ET on January 4th.
The banner event New Year's Eve Bash is also running at the same time. This event ends at 10 AM ET on January 2nd. The next solo event will be Friendship Pays that starts immediately after this.

Firework Frenzy points
Scoring points in any Monopoly Go tournament is simple but requires some luck to score well.
You will earn points whenever you land on any railroad. This will give you a chance to play either Shutdown or Bank Heist which will give you points based on the outcome. The points you get for each of these are as follows:
Shutdown
- Shutdown Blocked - 2 points
- Shutdown Success - 4 points
Bank Heist x2
- Small Heist - 8 Points
- Large Heist - 12 Points
- Bankrupt - 16 Points
- Mega Heist Gold Bars - 24 Points
These points are then multiplied by the dice multiplier that you used for that throw to determine your final points for that turn.
Firework Frenzy leaderboard rewards
In every tournament you are placed in either a group of 50 or 100 players, and where you finish in that group determines your leaderboard reward. While we generally do not know what the actual rewards will be until the tournament starts, we can make a good guess based on previous events, but we'll need to wait to see what actually happens when the tournament starts. Some tournaments offer 1,500 free dice for the top placed finisher, but others only 850. Two day tournament rewards are generally different.
- 1st place: 2,500 dice, five star purple sticker pack
- 2nd place: 1,200 dice, five star purple sticker pack
- 3rd place: 800 dice, five star purple sticker pack
- 4th place: 600 dice, four star blue sticker pack
- 5th place: 500 dice, four star blue sticker pack
- 6th place: 450 dice, four star blue sticker pack
- 7th place: 400 dice, three star pink sticker pack
- 8th place: 350 dice, three star pink sticker pack
- 9th place: 300 dice, three star pink sticker pack
- 10th place: 250 dice, two star yellow sticker pack
- 11th place: 200 dice, two star yellow sticker pack
- 12th place: 150 dice, two star yellow sticker pack
- 13th place: 100 dice, two star yellow sticker pack
- 14th place: 75 dice, two star yellow sticker pack
- 15th place: 75 dice, two star yellow sticker pack
- 16th-20th place: 50 dice
