Mobile Legends: Adventure Guide

Added:

In Mobile Legends: Adventure, you might be familiar with the game’s main game where its lore and characters are based off. You might be wondering if the gameplay is similar in the Adventure version. With the different heroes that you can collect, each come in specific roles and have their own skills. The main game is similar to other Idle RPGs that you get to play.

In this page, let’s check how battles work in Mobile Legends: Adventure and learn about the different features that can help you have a successful battle. As you complete more campaign stages, you’ll encounter enemies with higher power. You’ll want to make sure that your heroes improve as well as you move forward.

How do your heroes battle?

In Mobile Legends: Adventure, fights aren’t similar to other MOBA games. Adventure is similar to other types of Idle games where you’ll be setting up a team formation with heroes in specific positions on the battlefield. Once you start a battle, your heroes will attack the characters on the opposing team and try to take their HP out in order to win.

Before you get to start your battle, you’ll have to position your heroes accordingly to either the front, middle, or back row. Your positioning will help your heroes exceed in their specific class. Front row is best for melee-oriented heroes such as Tanks and Fighters, Middle Row is best for ranged oriented heroes such as Marksman and Mage, and finally the back row is best for Support which can provide regen and control.

On the battlefield, your heroes will attack automatically on their own. Once the yellow gauge is full, you’ll be able to use your hero’s skill in order to help in battle. Eventually you’ll be able to use the Auto Mode which lets your heroes use their skills on their own.

Type Effectiveness

You’ll notice that each hero available in the game has a specific type such as Elemental, Martial, Tech, etc. when viewing your hero’s profile. These types have effects in the game that provides bonuses called Type Countering. If you check their type on their profile, you can open up the type countering page as follows:

Types have specific advantages. You can check the Hybrid tab as well to see how their countering works.

Here, you’ll see that you can get increased bonus in damage if you fight enemies with a specific type that has a weakness to a certain type as well. Sometimes, you’ll get to fight enemies along the way, and they might have the type advantage versus your team. In order to clear fights, you must have heroes that have the advantage. Eventually, you’ll unlock a feature called the Holy Sanctuary where you can place heroes in slots to automatically level them up for your use.

Resonance

With a lot of heroes available in the game of specific types, you might wonder if there’s any benefit of combining types of the same kind. When forming your team, you can tap on the icon on the upper-left side of your team formation which has an emblem showing colors beneath it.

This will show you the resonance of your team. You can gain extra HP and Attack based on the combination of your team member’s types. You can scroll down about additional rules such as Order type of heroes being able to work with any type, and Chaos not providing attribute resonance, but they give other stats.

Eventually, you’ll want to level up a couple of heroes of the various types available in the game. This way, you can adjust your heroes accordingly by either getting the max resonance bonuses available, or perhaps you’ll want to have a better type countering versus your enemy. You’ll also have to make your heroes stronger eventually by leveling them up, evolving them, providing them equipment, increasing their star rating and more.

We hope that the basics in battle provided in this page will help you as you clear the campaign mode in Mobile Legends: Adventure. A lot of other features will be provided for you as you clear stages forward, you can check which features to expect through our Unlockables Guide.
