Some players sandbag on lower stakes games to improve their chance of getting a lower-ranked player for a high stakes game

Per Guest 3s repsonse I doubt a forfeit player gets to keep said obtained chests despite it does not show if they do get to still keep them. But, on a side note its quite unsportsman of said players to short their opponent a finish in order to complete certain tasks requiring them to finish in order to obtain their quest benefits. As a Leader i ask my members and ohter promoted members to forgo this RUDE means of play when matching a game. It should be stopped!! I had many times I got not only bumped twice recently to ose out on gems and a win by my opponent at the time some hours ago, I not only did not get to finish, But I had a quest to meet I needed and wanted to finish in the match Forfeit players need to QUIT THIS ACTION! It can get them reprimanded by suspension along with the persons they do it to if one gets forfeited by others in a certain manner of time or number of said forfeits..... As far I understand per FB comments who said they got suspended for supposed match fixing due to said Forfeiters.

You cannot get suspended for forfeiting games. It is an option in the pause menu, and therefore we are intended to use the feature.

Sometimes I feel like being nice and like to let lower trophies people win so they can not get mad at the game and delete it like I did a few times. Other times they lose connection or get a phone call. One time I heard my cat outside fighting and I set my phone down in the middle of a round and came back like 5 minutes later and had lost. Lol

Reason 1: Sand-bagging. You get placed against players with a similar total trophy count to you. Once you have thousands of trophies, you get matched against very good players. If you purposely lose the lower stages, you can lower your trophy count so that you get placed against easier opponents in the higher stages.

Reason 2: Bots. The only reason I can imagine people would want to run bots is so they can earn lots of gems without having to play. These players likely have millions of coins and run the bots on lower stages where they could lose 90% of the matches, while only losing a small fraction of their total coins. This is against the rules and could get you banned.

During Chest team tournaments, it is about the gem count. You keep the gems win or lose during that time and they go toward the team chest.

If it's a forfeit the one who forfeits does not keep their gems.

Im 99% sure people run the bots to use up beginners tees, when you dip below 100 beginner tees the game refills them and gives you some level 1 and 2 wind and power tees.

People use stage 1 & 2 to get gems quickly to fill the team chest.

You're playing the Co luter.no matter what level you're on! Nobodies loosing! The Co ulster does it to get you hooked. ThY way you'll pay to win. You will never get past level 6 without paying for coins. That's what's really going on..

I sometimes want to gain a lot of gems so I go back to a lower level where I don't have to try as hard to win. I then try to show the newer players on lower levels some of the " Cheat shots" by letting them follow me. Also if I'm very near hole and they are struggling, I will deliberately miss to let them catch up and get practice. If I lose 100 or 400 coins it's no big deal. To a newbie it can be a big confidence boost.
