Where do you get the magical clock?

Can buy parts from flash sale sometimes. They also show up often during lemonade event but can only be used there.

In the lemonade event they come from the trees - when they're about to run out they drop leaves and flowers. Merge those to produce clock and hourglass parts and energy. In the regular game they drop from events like lemonade and rewards from other events. Just keep saving them up. But other than buying them there's not a specific box just for it. It's pretty random .

Also I finay got one for the lemon event but I can't use it that's the part that confuses me. Click on the max level on doesn't do anything for me . But can't find that answer anywhere.
