To win extra turns, spin the wheel does not work at all. I need to log out, loose the match and and restart the game. I’m on level 1740 and have not been able to gain extra turns for weeks now?

I have the same problem. And if I win a level, I have to close and restart the game or the next level will be all black tiles.
