I have the wish tree maxed out at its level 6. Where do I get access to the next landmark? How many game levels to I have to complete to find it?

There is a Sand Castle that can be upgraded on the "Island", and a signboard in "Town". Once you finish the 'Mansion", you'll see a map and have options to chose from. You must unlock the Island first, and the Town.

You have to complete the Mansion to move onto the next area of the game.
