No, you cannot kick people off the team you’re in. All you can do is leave the team and either find another one or create your own. Even if it’s you started the team (if you are the ‘leader’ of the team) you can still leave the team and it will stay an active team with the other members who did not leave the team... probably your best bet would be to send a group message to the active players asking if they’d want to start a new team together or just find a new team in general. And btw most of all the lower level teams have people that don’t play much in them, I think my team has like usually 10-15 people who play weekly, and it’s a crapshoot because there are so many people who start the game and then either just stop playing altogether or just don’t play very often at all. The ‘winning teams’ that come up on the leader board all have super high levels that you need to be at to even enter their team, and that’s sometimes a decent gauge (or at least a better gauge) of how active the members are in general (not always of course). So maybe look for a team whose entry level matches your level

I am a leader of a team and for the longest time I didn’t know I could remove inactive people from the team. If you are an active team member, you are a valuable team member! So maybe before leaving your team, send a chat message and ask the leader if they are aware & willing to remove inactive players. If your leader isn’t active or doesn’t want to remove team members for whatever reason, then consider leaving the team. Hope this helps. ☺️
