I was having so many problems crashing, that I deleted the app to download it again... and I went to the beginning HELP

If you previously used the option to connect to a facebook account then your progress should be saved and you will need to use the option to log into facebook again in the game and it should let you recover. If not then unfortunately the game doesn't have another way to recover progress although you could try contacting the developers to ask if they are able to restore it.

I can’t play it either. Soon as I load it up, it crashes. Something wrong with the game. I’ve reloaded the game twice and rebooted my computer 3 times! The game is not connected to my Facebook

It keeps constantly crashing for me too. It's so frustrating - I'm up to a pretty high level and only have 2 rooms to go after the one I'm doing. Would so love to just finish it, but things are not looking good.

I'm on level 1562 and the fool thing keeps crashing!!! Got a gift from the game as an apology, but as soon as I went to use it...guess what,yep,it crashed AGAIN!!!

Mine is constantly crashing. I've reported it like many others but with no joy. There must be a glitch in the game but they don't seem to care!
