When I go onto my game it does not bring up the loading bar to show I am loading into my game so it means I can not play my game. What is wrong with it? And how do I resolve this problem ?

This sounds like a glitch with your app. If you have saved your game progress (facebook) then you may be able to fix this by uninstalling and reinstalling the app.
