Day 5 items - how do you claim?

You claim it in the normal way and it is added to your inventory of item styles. The day 5 items are alternative designs for an item or decoration in the mansion.

If you want to change to the new design then tap the armchair icon in the lower left of the main screen to go to the edit mode and then tap the item that the new design was for to change it.
