Why do I keep having sick faces even through I’ve upgraded the bathroom completely?!

The reason for this is that people can not get in the bathroom in time then they leave the line exiting the park showing a barf face on the way out.

I think thats just a feature of the game, also happens to me and I also have the facilities fully upgraded too.
