Tap the yellow block just below you as that is the only one you can currently reach, then tap the chicken to find the first one.

Continue, and tap the levers to open up new sections to find the chickens and remove the yellow block tiles.

Once you have found all of the chicks and removed all of the tiles, position yourself under the tractor wheel so you get a green light above the wheel then you can start moving it towards the tractor. It will take two pushes.

You'll get 15 energy for completing this quest.
