My game isn’t working you told me to restart it but It won’t let me I can’t even get to the help button?

If you have having trouble with the app then you will need to report this and get help from the game developers / support. NPOL Games

Make sure you have checked for updates for the game in you app store. Sometimes uninstalling the game from your device and reinstalling will fix issues but you may lose your game progress so its probably best to check with the developers first if they have a solution for you.

I have not received TwoLots of soil in the flower section.
