Does a third bakery ever become available?. I know the bakery can be shipped up with gems, but that is not sufficient. The bakery limit is a huge bottleneck.

Nope, I don't have one at level 69. I hardly use it now though, I have the market, I opened up a lot of stalls so I buy most of the goods. Also, I used the Industrial Research Institute to raise the payment bakery from bakery goods by 55%, and the speed by 30%. So I still make a profit selling baked goods in the orders... and I don't wait as long for stuff to be completed.
