Do complete the Enough Yerba Santa Quest, you first need to complete 'The Other Side of the river' Then use the dynameite to help you clear the path, then start using your energy to remove other items in your path until you have found 3 more Yerba Santa plants. You may also find other things of interest along the way... But I don't want to spoil anything!
