The red hearts go from 10 all the way down to 1. What is the sequence? Is it after a certain number of games it decreases?

At midnight in the player’s time zone, the cycle resets. The following is for the number of levels completed in a period between 12 am and 11:59 pm.
10 hearts -> Level 1-10
8 hearts -> 11-30
5 hearts -> 31-60
3 hearts -> 61-100
1 heart -> 101+

20 games - 8
30 games - 5
40 games - 3
