My wife and I both play wordscapes on separate accounts. On Tuesdays, I get the Butterfly event, but she doesn't. What does she need to do to get the butterfly event?

Are you on the same game version? One of you may need to update. Also, the game has in the past had different versions on different devices, for example on iPhone vs Android and different events may only appear on one.

As far as we can tell, we are both on the same version (build 1578). We both have iPhones - same model and same software. Any other ideas?

they should be testing this new feature in a limited group of users. They can specify the ratio of the users that an update package build will be applied

I get a new butterfly after gathering 20 cocoons but my husband needs 50 or more to earn a butterfly - any idea why?
