Hi please can you tell me why my game keeps going back to the start it's so frustrating when I've got to about 6,000 and it's starts from scratch what am I doing wrong I love this game but hate keep starting again please can you help

Sounds like something is wrong. You could try reinstalling the game. Also perhaps if you connected the game to your Facebook account, that may fix the issue as progress should be stored on the cloud.
