I don't get daily rewards anymore. Why is that?

I'm having the same issue..no reward 3 days in a row now. There is no shopping cart icon and you can only click the back arrow once which brings you back to the regular game.

For some weeks now (June 2020) the following has worked for me:

Click on Daily Puzzle

Click on Back Arrow upper left

Click on Back Arrow a second time

The Daily Reward should appear

After you click on the back arrow in daily puzzle, the next screen is the main screen and I do not see / have a back arrow in that screen

Don’t see any shopping cart at all.

If you click on the shopping cart icon and then click out of it, you will most likely get your daily reward. I have noticed the daily reward often is not available until later in the day after I have played a couple of times.
