How to get support in Wildscapes

Wildscapes is a well designed game but it is still fairly new. It works well without too many problems, but occasionally mobile games can have issues, especially with the wide range of devices and systems they can be run on.
If you have a question about how to play the game, or need tips then please head to the Answers Page to ask the question there or see if you can help others. If you are having any issues with loading the game or receiving reward / purchases etc then you will need to check with the game developers to get their help.
In Game Support
In the game itself is an option to contact the game support. To access this tap the small cog icon in the top left of the main screen to access the settings menu and then Choose the 'Help' option. From here tap the conversation icon in the top right, this will allow you to send a message to the developers by selecting the topic that you need to discuss. Include as many details as you can about your problem to help the developers diagnose the problem more easily.

If you are not able to use the in game option then you can try contacting the developers directly via their site / email and media channels.
