How to Get Free Gems in Westworld?
Westworld Guide
Gems are the premium currency in the game that can fetch you a number of things. Although when you play the tutorial leg of the game, what it will show you is primarily to use them to speed things up. However, given that they are rarely handed out to you for free in the game, you should reserve them for the purpose of getting you rare host codes.
There are a number of ways to get free gems in the game. First is through performing highly satisfactory interactions with guests. You get to do this by matching hosts with guests that have the same hat color (or affinity). Although you wont get a gem every time, perfectly matching you hosts and guest would nonetheless give you better rewards every after interaction.
There is also the Daily tasks - a number of required stuff that you have to furnish in a day to get rewards with. To earn gems from it, what you should do is to complete the list of tasks it requires within a 24-hour period. If successful, you'll be rewarded with gems succeeding the last task.
Another way is to clear your Objectives. Objectives are similar to the daily tasks. In the game, they are the long-term, achievement-like requirements that you can take part in. When you successfully clear an objective's requirements, you'll usually be rewarded with either coins, gems, or host codes.
Lastly, you have Dr. Ford's Office as a constant supply for gems. A gem spawns every 30 mins, so it pays to be back every once in a while there and get your free gem. It might not be much, but there is nothing like a free gem in the game nonetheless.
