How to get Support in Undawn

Undawn is a vast MMORPG survival game with a wide range of progression and development options as well as co-operative and PvP based combat. You will find a great deal of tasks to perform, events to take part in and items and resources to collect. And the option to make purchases in the game.

And as with any game of this size from time to time you might also encounter glitches and game bugs that need to be fixed. If you need help then here is how to get it.

In Game Help

From the loading screen before you log into your character you will see some small ions on the right. Tap the headset icon to open the support contact option. If you are already in the game then you can find the support option in the settings. To find this tap on the Diamonds icon in the top right of the screen next to the map. Then select the settings option at the bottom.

In the Support area you have a range of useful into and the option to contact the game developers by sending in a message.
