If you press the pause button, it will tell you how many bats are achievable on the level, and how many you’ve already collected. If there are no bats on that level the number will just read 0.

No you don't have to collect all the bats to enter just a few 2 0 REPORT

Yes you have to collect all bats to unlock witch tower.
