You need your ant at lvl 50, all skills unlocked, 5,400,000 extra experience, 5 exotic shells, 2 orange shells, 1 copy of the ant you are starring up and 8,000,000 honeydew.
If you have all that tap the arrow left of the experience bar when looking at the ant. That arrow only appears after you’ve unlocked the 6th skill
