You need to upgrade the Troop tunnel stricture that you built during the tutorial phase. You get extra rally slots at level 4, 8 and 11

I am hack each time I rally some that is not in my alliance keep rallying with me leave my alliance and join a next same person again. Wingman troop NCP player name 0 0 REPORT

Not a Hack wingman troop is a non player character, it just gives you moral support...Add your answer
