I have a new phone, moving from android to IPhone, and I cannot log into my account, I have used my old phone to bind the account to a Google account first, which uses the same email as my new Apple account, since that didn't work, I went back and tried through Facebook and neither seem to be working. Everytime I attempt a sign in it just says "Account not bound" I checked my Facebook and the App is there in the app section, it just doesn't seem to want to work. I've tried all I can think of and I don't want to lose my account just because I switched to an iPhone. Is there a way to fix this?
I have the same problem. Even made new facebook accounts but I still can’t switch back to my account. Always says account not bound.
I believe with moving to a different device type like this you will need to use facebook. If the facebook login isn't working on your new device though you will need to check with the game support for their help as only they will be able to check your account for any issues or fix the binding.
Try [email protected] or check the support page for other contact options.
