No. It's impossible to switch account between android and iOS. I tried it multiple times. I also tried to bind the same FB account using both iOS and Android devices and they both worked, meaning same FB account can have separate game progress on iOS and android, but never the same.

I believe if you bind your game using the facebook option you should then be able to load it using the same facebook account on any other device, including iOS.
