What is the point of the alliance hospital or sanctuary if I can't help heal my people's troops? What am I missing? Nothing is working, I can only heal myself =/

The Alli hospital is for your own troops. If a lot of your troops are killed and your own hospitals can’t fit them, they will transfer auto to your alli hospital. And you need alli points to heal them or gold

Make sure your remove any troops still in the Alliance Hospital if you decide to close it for relocation. I didn’t have exactly that happen to me, but lost 67k troops when the Alliance Hospital was destroyed through an overnight attack on us. 0 0 REPORT
