Easiest Gift: If you don't have the patience for gathering ingredients for cooking, Maru can easily be gifted by giving her Cauliflower each time. The rest of her loved gifts might be hard to get at first. Another good option is to give her liked gifts such as the Copper Bar which can be obtained from the furnace by smelting copper ores.

Maru's Heart Events
Heart Events are cutscenes that you can watch for each character if you are able to reach a specific heart level. In order to trigger the cutscene, you need to be at the proper place with the correct heart number. The list below shows the places you need to be for Maru's heart events:
- Two Hearts: Visit Robin's shop while Maru is there
- Four Hearts: Visit the Clinic while Maru is there
- Six Hearts: Visit the mountain on a sunny day, between 9:00 pm and 11:40 pm.
- Eight Hearts: Visit Robin's shop while Maru is there
- Ten Hearts: Visit Robin's shop between 9:00 am and 4:00 pm
- Fourteen Hearts: Visit the farmhouse between 6:10 am and 5:00 pm (except Sunday and Winter), then visit the Mountains between 10:00 pm and 1:00 am on a sunny day.
