My grandson got a message 2 years ago saying he could not play as he was under 12. He had previously been playing for several years! He has now passed 13 and still gets same message. So I tried to get an answer on my account, and I just get a message saying my account was locked because I had violated the Terms and conditions. I have asked for details of how I am supposed to have violated these, and just get same autoreply every time, meanwhile I am still playing normally! Grandson still getting same message saying he is too young?
Your grandson could try uninstalling the game and reinstalling it. Perhaps it will recheck his age.
