Snowbreak: Containment Zone - Acacia - Kaguya Build
Kaguya - Acacia boasts a versatile skill set that allows her to effectively deal with multiple enemies at once. She's a limited character and not part of the free 5-star operatives given in the (permanent) Elite Recruitment event so she's one of the rare operatives to get your hands on, especially if you started playing the game a bit later. In this character build guide, we will discuss the recommended weapons, logistic squads, and neural skills for Acacia- Kaguya.
Operative Description

Role(s): Crowd-control, debuffer
Kaguya - Acacia's normal skill enables her to launch projectiles that orbit around her, inflicting damage and impeding the movement speed of nearby enemies. With neuronic improvements, she can deploy more of these projectiles, granting them the added capability to freeze enemies and prime them to receive increased damage from Kaguya's subsequent attacks.
When not on the field, you can rely on her reliable support skill where she throws a dart that revolves around the targeted area. This dart not only deals damage but also lowers the resistances of enemies within their area of effect. This debuff enhances the team's damage output.
The pièce de résistance of her arsenal lies in her ultimate ability. Once again, she hurls a projectile that lingers at the designated target area, unleashing devastating damage upon any enemy caught within its radius. When upgraded, her ultimate will also be able to suck in enemies, grouping them together conveniently and vulnerable against follow-up AoE attacks or explosives from your squad.
Kaguya doesn't need high Manifestation levels to be effective so that makes her quite a reliable unit from the get-go. However, if you decide to pursue improving her manifestations, you'll further improve her kit's AoE, resistance reduction value, duration, and more.
Best Weapon
Pine Aurora is an outstanding Frost pistol that increases frost damage and boosts the entire squad's damage by a certain amount each time a support skill hits an enemy. This effect can be stacked as well. This is a good weapon for Acacia-Kaguya as well since her support skill has a high chance of hitting enemies multiple times in a short amount of time.
Weapon Alternative(s)
Her next best alternative is the 4-star pistol called Aye, Aye, Captain! This frost pistol decreases the target's Frost resistance if they get hit with a support skill. There's another 4-star frost pistol called Rotten Orange. Its skill just allows you to recover S-Energy after a shot hits the weakspot.
Finally, if you don't have any of these, you can temporarily settle with the 3-star (blue) weapon called Muddy Snow. This weapon straight up increases her Frost Damage. Of course, when using blue weapons, it's always a good idea to fully modify them and treat them only as placeholders until you get the better ones.

Best Logistic Squad
Acacia-Kaguya's recommended squad is the Twilight Squad. With two officers, her active skill gets a boost and with a full squad, she can inflict a weakening debuff on the target, lowering their resistance to specific DMG types. Thanks to her kit, Acacia-Kagura can take advantage and synergize well with the full squad effect.
Logistic Officer Alternative(s)
For her alternative, you can have the 4-star Phantom Squad assigned to her. The two-officer effect increases the whole party's Ultimate Energy recovery. The three officer effect recovers Uâenergy whenever any operative in your team deals damage. The latter is very easy to trigger, especially if you're actively using support skills that can inflict damage to single or multiple enemies.
Another 4-star option is the Courier squad which focuses on increasing the operative's U-energy Recovery, both in the two or full officer squad skills.

Neuronics
All of Acacia-Kaguya's neuronics will greatly improve her skills but of course, we'll choose the first four neural skills to prioritize. We will do this in this order:
1. Standard 1
2. Standard 2
3. Ultimate 1
4. Ultimate 2
Acacia-Kaguya's active skill is exceptional in dealing frost damage and reducing enemy movement so getting the neural skills for her standard skill is top priority. The first improvement adds more stacks of her Jyougen Moon Darts while the second buff inflicts the Frozen effect on targets whenever her darts reach 3 stacks. This also primes the target for a devastating follow-up attack if the target gets shot by Acacia while being marked by her skill.
For her ultimate, the first buff adds the effect to pull enemies towards the center of the storm while the second buff increases the duration of the storm for a significant 10 seconds longer.

Acacia-Kaguya is one of the top-tier characters in the game. She's amazing all-around, regardless of whether you'll have her on the field most of the time or if you're taking advantage of her support skill.
